
This is Chef Eric Wagner on the left with his Sous Chef Mark Sullivan. Chef Wagner is a Certified Executive Chef. He is originally from New Hampshire, now a citizen of Myrtle Beach since 1990. That's the year that TBone Terry's Outdoor Catering was founded and Chef Wagner first worked with us as a contract chef. Chef Wagner is the upcoming President of the American Culinary Federation and a Chef Instructor at the HGTC Culinary School. Chef Wagner and his associates offer years of experience and culinary knowledge to you as a client of TBone Terry's Catering where we specialize in cooking your food on site and serving directly off the grill.

This is Dustin Autry, Michelle Goddard and TBone Terry Jones. Dustin is in his last year of culinary school and works with us on special events. Michelle has been a professional server and bartender since 1987. She has worked at such venerable Grand Strand landmarks as Knickerbockers, Umbertos, Callie Bakers, Captain Poo's and Benny Rappa's Trattitoria. Michelle doubles as Secretary and Banquet Captain. She is very professional at both jobs. TBone Terry is the founder and CEO of TBone Terry's Catering. At age 70, Terry still pitches in on occassion.
