
This
is Chef Glen Livingston. Glen is from the Poplar Community of Myrtle
Beach but was raised in Tom's River, NJ. He has one bad eye caused by a
bull whip accident when he was young. His grandmother pleaded for him
to get rid of it because it could put his eye out. He didn't listen!
Chef Glen is a graduate of the Maryland School of Culinary Arts. He
specializes in Southern and Carribean Cuisine. Here he is preparing a
Low Country Stir Fry with okra, mustard greens, squash, zuchinni and
onions sauteed in bacon drippings. He is very creative and can cook
most anything.

This
is Dan Stephens. Dan is married to Chef Glen's sister. Here he relaxes
after cooking for and serving 175 employees and staff at the Springmaid
resort last year. Dan helps Glen prepare the food and runs the grill on
site. Dan is a Christian and a very dedicated employee. His loyalty was
recognized by the Hard Rock Cafe when they awarded him a solid gold
Rolex watch for eleven years of excellent service. In addition to
working with us, Dan also runs the grill at the Longhorn Steakhouse.

This
is Lori Hopkins. She is from Stroudsburg, PA. Lori keeps our kitchen
and catering trucks organized and works on the catering jobs with us.
She is responsible for setting up the buffet tables, draping and
skirting them and keeping the chafers, salads and supplies filled. She
is very efficient and outgoing. When she's not working with us she is
working as a manager of the CVS Pharmacy in Surfside Beach.
