A happy neighborhood begins with congenial,
friendly neighbors. The best way for neighbors to get acquainted with
each other is at a cookout. These guys live at Mariner’s Cove on Shore
Drive. I enticed them to pose as good friends (which they are!). We
specialize in creating an environment that is conducive to getting to
know the other owners and tenants in your neighborhood while sharing
good food and drink. Call us for your next HOA or POA meeting or
neighborhood party.
This is Ronnie Armeen and a fellow homeowner.
Ronnie is the president of Mariner’s Cove HOA. As president he is
responsible for the harmony that you see in these photos. Ronnie has
contracted us to do a fish fry for the neighborhood on Good Friday for
the last three years. Ronnie is a true Christian, a leading businessman
in the community and an excellent leader.
These are some of Ronnies neighbors. Notice the
smiles and the empty plates. These people are happy. Mariner’s Cove
normally has 30 to 50 owners at their annual meeting and about 100
showing up for the fish fry. The menu consists of fried flounder,
barbecue pork, grilled chicken breasts, Cajun rice, green beans,
coleslaw, potato salad, dinner rolls, iced tea and lemonade and costs
the association less than $12 per person, including taxes and tips.
